Q. What do I need to view this webinar

Adobe Flash Player 8 or higher. If you do not have it, you can download it from the Adobe website here: http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer. Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher including the latest updates, or Mac OS X Internet Explorer 5.1 or newer, Firefox 1.1 or newer, Mozilla 1.1 or newer, or Safari 1.0 or newer

A broadband internet connection preferably with 700+ Kbps for continuous playback. Chances are that a dialup connection will be choppy and rebuffer quite frequently, or may not work at all.

Q. Video or audio is jerky or slow - What's wrong?

Your Internet connection may not be fast enough to display high quality streaming video. Try to limit other activity (such as downloads and file sharing programs) on your Internet connection. Close other programs on your computer that you don't need. If the problem persists and you're sure your Internet connection is fast enough, reboot your computer.

Q. I have an Apple Mac, can I access?

Yes. subject to the minimum specification above.

Q. Can I access this webinar from any computer?

Yes as long as it has the minimum specification above. However, to avoid fraud we do limit the number of different computers you can access the site from at any one time.
